Representing DKG Development at the gala ceremony were Mr. Konstantinos Petridis, Founder, Chairman & CEO, Mr. Andronikos Tsartsidis, Chief Investment Officer and Member of the Board of Directors, and Ms. Degia Andrianidou, 2nd Vice Chair of the Board.

The event, hosted at a London’s central hotel, brought together leading real estate developers, architects, and designers from across the globe to celebrate excellence in property design, innovation, and sustainability.

Since their inception in 1993, the International Property Awards have become the benchmark for excellence within the real estate industry. What began as a small programme covering ten residential categories has evolved into a global institution, recognising the highest levels of achievement in architecture, development, and interior design.

Piraeus Gate, located at the entrance of Greece’s largest port, is a landmark mixed-use development that combines residential, commercial, and office spaces, along with high-standard hospitality facilities. It represents an urban regeneration project transforming a former industrial area marked by years of decline into a vibrant, modern neighbourhood, with a total gross buildable area of 105,000 sq.m. on 15,000 sq.m. of private land.

The project comprises 630 new residences, 268 serviced apartments, 500 working stations, as well as 5,000 sq.m. of commercial spaces and 5,000 sq.m. of green areas, targeting LEED Neighborhood certification. With a contemporary design and a strong focus on sustainability, Piraeus Gate is set to reshape the urban identity of Piraeus, establishing it as a reference point for the next generation of urban development in Greece.
