The founder and shareholder of DKG Development, Konstantinos Petridis talks to NouPou.gr about the serviced apartments and how they transform the real estate map of Athens
Mr. Petridis in the interview with noupou.gr stressed:
Serviced apartments are a relatively new trend in Greece, which apart from the interesting returns it offers, it comes to rationalize the uses in the real estate market.
As the availability of serviced apartments increases, traditional two- and three-room houses, scattered in apartment buildings and used by user groups, who need fewer square meters, will be released.
Serviced apartments will free up a significant number of residential assets that will be then available to the Greek market for long-term leases.
DKG Development is currently developing a portfolio of 1,000 fully serviced and autonomous apartments in the form of serviced apartments in collaboration with major European groups.
