Last week, DKG Development had the pleasure of welcoming representatives of ULI Greece & Cyprus to Piraeus Gate, one of the company’s key development projects in Piraeus.
The visit offered an opportunity to explore the ongoing transformation of the area and gain a closer look at the portfolio of assets currently under construction. During the site visit, representatives of ULI Greece & Cyprus had the opportunity to see the progress of five developments within Piraeus Gate: Skyway, Skyblue, Azel, Urban GL, and S&S Nexus, each contributing to the evolving character of the wider project.
Bringing together multiple developments within a single area, Piraeus Gate reflects DKG Development’s commitment to creating contemporary spaces that respond to the changing needs of businesses, residents, and the wider urban environment.
The visit also provided a valuable opportunity to exchange perspectives with industry professionals on real estate development, urban transformation, and the future of Piraeus as an evolving destination.
