1.The rapid development of DKG Development. It currently has a portfolio of 38 ongoing projects, with a total leasable area exceeding 110,000 square meters

2.The strategic choices of DKG Development. On the one hand, it was chosen to operate in the southern and southwestern suburbs of Athens, in areas such as Dafni, Alimos, Elliniko, Moschato, Kallithea and Piraeus. On the other hand, emphasis was placed on serviced apartments, a category of real estate that had a significant lack of availability in Greece despite the large demand.

3.At PIRAEÚS GATE, the flagship project, implemented by DKG Development, that extends over several building blocks and will have a total built-up area of 85,000 square meters. In fact, apart from the serviced apartments, which will occupy the largest volume of the buildable surface, it will include a hotel unit as well as shops and office spaces with provision of several parking spaces.
