Known for its youthful and affordable fashion, SiNSAY has won the hearts of shoppers in Central and Eastern Europe and is now set to make its mark in Greece.
The LAUREL Property: A Prime Location for Growth
SiNSAY's newest store will be located at 164 Vouliagmenis Avenue, within the LAUREL property, one of DKG Development’s standout projects. The property boasts:
A strategic location between two Metro stations in Dafni, offering easy access for shoppers.
A three-floor building housing 57 fully furnished serviced apartments, providing investors with 6,5% annual returns on average.
Two retail spaces, including a 1,050 sqm store, leased by SiNSAY under a 10-year agreement.
This property not only serves as a prime retail hub but also exemplifies DKG Development's commitment to urban regeneration and sustainable growth. The SiNSAY store is scheduled for delivery in early 2025.
